Shipping & Delivery

  • Normal air mail (without tracking umber of amount the order below US $40.0) to worldwide. The shipping & handing cost is included in the item listing cost.

  • If you need a tracking number of amount the order below US $40.0, please add US $2.00 extra to ship the parcel by register air mail. Please leave me a message to update the invoice.

  • Delivery time is approx.. 7-14 business days to most US / UK / AU destinations.

  • All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong directly.

  • We will ship worldwide except China, Hong Kong and Macau.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.

  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

  • We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturaday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by buyer within the following periods:

  1. Defected or wrong items – within the warranty period,

  2. Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) – within 14 days of receipt

If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.

Warranty period: Default 60 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.
